Baildon Moor Walk: Emperor Moths & Green Hairstreaks

A walk amongst the Heather and Bilberry of Baildon moor on the lookout for the birds and wildlife of the area. We'll be using a pheromone lure to attract Emperor Moths, as well trying to find elusive Green Hairstreaks which may be hiding in plain sight.

This walk will be approx 1/2 mile over uneven and occasionally boggy ground. Sturdy footwear is essential.

This free event is outdoors and subject to weather conditions. Please check the event information on our Facebook page for updates prior to setting out and dress appropriately for the weather.
The event is organised by Bradford Urban Wildlife Group who cannot be responsible for children. Under 18s must be supervised by an adult.
